Fuair páistí Gaelscoil Donncha Rua cuireadh chuig Teach Altranais Carrigoran chun carúil na Nollag a canadh. Bhí sé go hálainn bualadh leis na cónaitheoirí go léir.

The children of Gaelscoil Donncha Rua were invited out to Carrigoran Nursing Home to sing Christmas carols to the elderly. It was lovey to spread some Christmas cheer to the elderly residents.

Visit to Santa

Bhí páistí GDR ar bís nuair a bhuail siad le Daidí na Nollag san Ionad siopadóiredachta ar an Déardaoin. Thug sé bosca seaclaidí dóibh go léir. Bhí Rang a 1-6 ag canadh carúil na Nollag freisin, bhí maidin álainn ag an scoil ar fad!

The children of Gaelscoil Donncha Rua were so excited to meet Santa Claus in the Town Centre on Thursday. He gave them all a selection box and the children had their photo taken with him. 1st-6th class entertained the Christmas shoppers with their lovely carol singing, the whole school had a very festive morning spreading Christmas cheer in our local community!

Fuair roinnt páistí ó Ghaelscoil Donncha Rua cuireadh ó Music Generation dul go dtí ócáid san Aerfort ar an Luain chun uirlisí a seinnt . Bhí seisiún ceoil álainn acu le múinteoir Mark ó Music Generation.

As part of Music Generation students from Gaelscoil Donncha Rua represented the school at the launch of the LCETB Strategy Statement in Shannon Airport on Monday.
